North is different I feel, climbers are struggling to get over £120-150 so groudies in my experience are usually around £80-90 but that's only what I've seen, could be wrong. I'm in Lincolnshire

Why would you take 20% off

 

It's only 20% of anything over the allowance £10k, not saying that 70 a day net is alright though

 

National average wage 26k so they say, wrong having to compete for housing with super remunerated types, bring back Stalin

What do you guys pay for a good self employed groundie all their tickets climbing and arial rescue all their own PPE and groundsaw also rigging experience I'm not sure what's classed as fair or good , thanks

 

Why are you a groundie if you have all your climbing tickets?

Groundie round here I pay £80ish climber very experienced £180 whether their done at 1 or 6.30.

But if you have a Groundy who can climb then are you saying you wil pay the same as a climber?
