Good evening & thanks in advance.Thinking of selling my L200 tipper & replacing it with a new or secondhand pickup.

If I buy a brand new single cab & have it converted to a tipper with a alloy body on.

What will I need ie paperwork way do I need Dvla to check it out do I need a certificate of conformity?? Vosa??

I'm assuming you can't just convert without some sort of rules regs being involved

Sorry to bring up an old thread but did you manage to get to the bottom of your paperwork issue? What paperwork did you need?

Get the body builder to sort it out.

The body has to be tested, forget by who, but basically to make sure its road worthy.

Think its £700ish

I just got a tipper put on a ranger
