Dont you listen to any of them. They dont live in the far west like we do mate. Put a 5 tonne hiab on it and weld some channel to the chassis to strengthen it. Get a set of old lorry springs and weld them on, and a few coilers just to make sure, and find the biggest log you can, then fly up to fraddon with a huge two fingered salute to those w ankers who hang around in dayglow yellow jackets and if any of them give you any rudeness start swinging the timber grab around their heads.:001_tongue::001_tongue:

imo for what it,s worth

get some ramps and put a winch on the bulkhead and a redirect point down either side in case you need to side load and leave as a tipper

 

bit like a recovery truck

 

cheap as chips very little weight lost and simple simon could do it

 

also can be used for anything else you wanted to do with it
