Oh while I remember its mainly when feeding lots of leylandi or soft stuff through without much wood that causes most build up

Yes I keep it clear (every 20 min or so) once it's clear its fine (for 20 min)

 

Ah that would be annoying to say the least no wonder your disappointed I find once cleared fine for the day not 20mins, thats rough

we dont have this problem with are jensens , says it all really :001_smile:

Iv had te same problem with Jensen A540 . Top roller gets stuck up with debri under the spigot . Some times if you put a big log through it clears it but not always ....

you must be doing it wrong then :biggrin:

Best way I have found is to put a big ugly lump in and stop it mid way through . You can the dig the crud out from under the roller spigot .
