I managed a full pirouette this morning in the 130! Luckily I was doing less than 20 mph and could see it coming. Didn't stop me from parking it in the middle of a cross roads. Fortunately it was a very quiet country road (hence hadn't been gritted I guess).

Hi Pete only 20mph YES 👻👻👻👻👻we went off road that night in your new truck 👍👍👍👍thanks get some BFG AND SLOW DOWN PETE THANKS JON 👍

Don't rate the BFGs on ice Jon

Few years back when we had a winter. Driving the landy with BFGs was doable but tricky on the ice (great when deep snow). Fitted my wifes little Peugeot 306 with some winter tyres and that was far superior on the ice than the landy. Got a spare set of rims so just swap wheels depending on the season.

Glad you and Yaffle are here to tell us of your tales on the ice.

It felt like the cresta run woodworks! Slightly down hill too so a nice heavy 130 is like a bobsleigh!!!!

Jon likes to reminisce about a small skid we had in Somerset .... mind you he was drunk on cider so he doesn't remember what happened really (ain't that right jon - all those gallons of cheddar valley you drank 😉😄)!!
