Hi all,

I am a novice climber (passed my test in December), I do keep myself very fit but I'm probably too old for climbing trees at my age (55), I was wondering what the average age is of ( Arbtalk members who climb everyday), did any other Arbtalk members become climbers (as old as me :001_smile:).

Regards Ed

Been climbing trees 6 yrs, come rain storms & numbing cold it beats behind a desk on a fone any day, (i say you know your alive when your working up a tree in the wind n rain)

but not eating crap, drinking low units of alcohol, the right exercise/stretches etc and Supplements for joint care etc help enormously!

But i'm 45, altho think i'm 19 :/
