Convictions are very rare when compared to crime, if they were caught for 3 it means they committed hundreds without getting caught/ convicted.

 

3 times gives them enough time to see the error of their ways / grow out of nefarious activities.

That's more like it.

Got one myself. After refusing to let me see my kids for 15 years, she then tried to sue me for half of everything. Got herself a very expensive brief, who then fleeced her for thousands, because I represented myself, her brief thought she could trample all over me and sent me loads of "without predjudice" letters, which were, frankly, horrendous.

Eventually I sent her one "with predudice" letter back, stating that I felt her actions were threatening to the point of being illegal and quoted all the letters she had sent me in full.

The Judge couldn't use them, but he had read them.

Awarded enough to cover her costs to that point and told her if she pursued the case he would throw it out.

The woman has the brains of a rocking horse and the arrogance of a windsor.

She is one of those very special people, who is to dumb, to know that she is ..............DUMB.

I find this is often accompanied by a very strong sense of entitlement.
