Any recommends on a helmet mount....

The supplied sticky ones seem fine, i'm using the curved one on a Stein lid and it's not been knocked off yet - as hard as some branches have tried !

Regards,

Steve.

Just having a look through the accessories included, I've got a few of the sticky pads included, have you just used the sticky pad to fix to helmet or pad & strap? Sticky pad alone strikes me as having potential for getting knocked off in a crowded canopy??

Great video. Made my knees knock just watching!

I feel there's no excuse not to get up a ladder and fix my leaking gutters now...

Other than it being cold, New Year's Day, I'm a bit tired etc, etc lol.

Looks flipping dangerous even being at that height let alone using a chainsaw, and a top handled on at that.

I think I'd either be squashed flat from a fall or carve myself to pieces like a Christmas Turkey within a week!

Well done.

Very, very good video....very interesting Tower there. You told the story well...the location...bracket...failed stem etc...all the way to milling with the pulley for ease and the blower at the end,all with a great soundtrack...well done!

Thank you Paul, not sure it's worthy of that praise :blushing:

The Gano was about 10' up, should have zoomed in on it. Also have footage looking through the base of the stem before starting but I cut too much to time it with the music.

I used music to make it easier to watch for non-arbs as it's mainly for potential customers.

Steve.

Same here mate. Good effort for a first go, even better with the music down.

I never try to edit clips to music, far too much agg!

Just edit the clips together look how long the vid is then look in your music library for tracks about the same length. Most of the time just laying the tune over the footage will make it looks like a lot of effort is taken in editing. Pure luck.

If it doesn't go then use a different track and maybe some of it will linkup! ;)
