I've had a few insects in the past and think Moth would probably be best in a mix rather than neat, furry bellies might not be so good (spiced ants are good by the way - think ant + smoked paprika)

The culinary merits of different insects probably deserves a whole new topic of its own. Not something I've had much experience of, apart from the odd thing here and there out of interest or for a dare.
