I didn't like it, the music was sh*t and the action was even worse. Big felling? Big deal. Even MBs 'THE GREATNESS THAT IS ME' video was better than that.

That video represents the trivialisation of treework. In the space of 4 mins they succeed in destroying the subtle magic of working in trees. They dont like treework they just do it for the money, souless philistines.

Not picking fault, just a thought- why would they be felling the first two trees? Looks like a very

mature setting- if you know what i mean.

 

Oh, and his back cut on the first tree was a bit high:)

Was that ash tree supposed to go sideways Ed? Looks like it took a bit of a dive. Last one I felled did the same, heartwood was mush

 

Thats the one I was telling you on the phone about Pete, the ash that popped its hinge. The heartwood was solid, but very brittle. Luckily, I had two winches on it from the County, as it had a severe back lean.

I thought that, but it was being winched so not really an issue.
