Bad dreams

It's pretty intriguing Stereo.

I love dreaming, some really random stuff, but hardly ever bad stuff, even if I've had a bad day or week.

When I was a kid (I mean a kid, pre sexy dreams!)I used to have dreams that were so good I was acutely disappointed when I woke up!

Weird thing, the brain.

Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

There's nothing worse than waking up from a good dream lol

If you needed a tree looked at, would you post a thread about it on a psychologist /hypnotherapist forum and take snippets of each post and try and make sense of it through guess work and linking similarities added with your own theories ?

Just saying😃

Dreams are metaphors , anytime I've had a huge realisation in life, that night I have a bonkers dream.

I wake up and write it down on my phone, be quick as you can forget it. You remember dreams in reverse.

Google dream interpretations and annalise your own dream. It's awesome.

Get yourself to a good hypnotherapist and start your journey .

All the psychologists that We were put in touch with after my boys accident needed more help than us in my eyes. I've read a lot of books on dreams & they all differ on why how & the mechanics of dreams.

I have a recurring dream about dropping my boy & it's stArted to make me worry when I pick him up. When I wake up after the dream I go & check on him the carer usually said he's been dreaming hope it's not the same dream as mine?

Interesting.....

everyone has their own DIY solutions to their own interpretation or experience of what you're describing.....

post No.8 made me spit coffee, thanks for that, think I'll change my shirt before meeting this morning....:lol::lol:

I like the line in "Fight Club" something like - there's a point when what you own starts to own you - you'll know what I mean if you've seen it....

Sometimes just writing it down or sharing / talking about it is enough....

Diet and 'winding down' before bed are all good!

Try eating sunflower seeds an hour or so before you go to bed, as others have said, lay off caffeine from the early evening.

I have some pretty graphic dreams if I watch films involving water, have concluded that it's linked to me nearly drowning a couple of times when I was a young, it's always the same dream and I normally always wake up just before the inevitable end.

Never again will I watch titanic :)
