If you can find the right market maybe they sell but I have had the dining table in a gallery for months at £600 and can't shift it, losing a bit of confidence, coffee tables sel great but not the bigger stuff

this guy says in the materials that it's oak and then in the description says it's sycamore???:001_huh:

 

 

if you can find a few interior designers then they should sell quite well but it's a thin market to aim for. if i could find it i'd do those myself...

 

i hate metal legs though...

Mr Slackbladder ,I know what you mean when something that you have lovingly created does not seem to sell , and it becomes ( at times ) dis heartening to see stuff of equal or less merit for sale at what appears to be a premium price !I have just sold this Oak vessel which has been up for sale for about 6 months so happy today ! Most of my work sells in a local Gallery . Has anyone on here using Not on the high street , Etsy or similar ?

You could put it up for sale at that price .. but would it sell ? I suspect a lot of this stuff does not sell !

Hi Mr Twig yeah you are right it does become a bit dishearting but we do it for the love of doing it isnt it just ace when you make something for someone and they are just so chuffed with it it makkes it all worth while what do you reckon
