The 335 was a bit like the earlier 201s in so much as you have to rev them hard before hitting the wood.

Personally I like a saw to be able to pick up speed in the cut from mid range and the MS200 is my personal favourite, do some modifications and you can really lean on it and it will keep giving - parts are plentiful as well:thumbup:

I have one on loan at the moment, it's 10yrs behind, loads of design faults and really not up to pro use.

what design faults you found? the worst i found with mine (back handle) is that i filled the fuel with oil and vice versa a few times.

got a 200t and 020t for climbing and on a 12'' bar i didn't notice a huge difference but haven't used them next to each other.

i was gob smacked at the front air filter, but its been absolutely fine for maybe 60 hrs carving which is pretty dusty. and oil's well...

interested to hear what they like up a tree

Crap choke set up, crap on off switch, exposed ht lead, very square design (great for getting stuck in forks) one plus is a good lanyard attachment point.
