I use Yale silver streak for prusiks and a large Sirius one for practicing foot locking, not had any problems with either

 

what are you wanting to use it for and in what climbing set up??

Klemheist and to use with a HC using Vt/ Distel etc

I climb on a hitch climber with vt - out of the cheaper cords, my favourite by far is Marlow Boa, works really well, nice and supple.

 

Been on ocean polyester 10mm for about 6 months and quite liking that, seems to take a day or two to bed in but after that its lovely :)

Used boa before, but it didn't agree with me. Not sure why? Went for the Silver streak in the end. Never tried it before but, will see
