Ok lads & lasses, who has any experience of using these, the forearm protectors, thinking of employing one on my left arm after a close call,( don't ask, I want feedback, not a bollocking)!

Pro's & cons welcome.

HaHaHa, no way Ian mate!

 

No animals were hurt in the making of this post, but a skitter along a branch with the topper one handed scared me so I nearly maimed me boxers!:biggrin:

geoff, have a pair thats been in my drawer for 10yrs, yours for the postage if you want?

When cutting and holding (not that I would ever be an advocate for such appalling and illegal activity) start the cut with your free hand well away, only once the saw has bitten into the timber and cannot skid do you hold with your free hand.
