Been reading about people suggesting fitting a 562 air filter to a 560 to get gains . Now as I see it you will need the high top filter cover (easy enough to come by ) and the 562 filter itself,that has deeper gills ( so overall height is greater ) this leads me to think you would need a tall inlet throat to mount it on ( like on the walbro verses Tillotsen carb on a 394/395 ) Any one over the pond confirm this ? Troll , any one ?

be interesting to see, makes sense, more air in more air out = more power in theory.

 

a ported 560 with 562 air filter on will be interesting to see!

 

I work with a lad who has a 562, will have to pop the cover to see!

Yes, I checked the parts lists for differences, I said them in another thread

Hi mate ive got the high top cover and bigger filter on my 560xp and she screams! it was a straight swop.

 

Thats good enough for me ! I'm on it ! :biggrin:
