Antal make the rings, X rings is a re badge

I bought mine from the chandlers and spliced them into whoopee slings.

They work a treat, they are smooth but there is just enough friction in them that makes itself useful.

Compared to pulley blocks they weigh next to nothing and you can chuck them about like you wouldn't dare with a block.

I dropped one to the ground last Sunday with no ill effects whatsoever, cant do that with a pinto rig.

Can you do me some Andy? ;)

Mike,

I have a few OLD tutorials on my youtube channel that show some of the basics and thoughts. Most of it is still decent material for getting started. I dare not watch it myself, because I don't like watching myself explain things.

We have progressed way past these tutorials, but I have not made a new video yet to show what we are up to.

I will get back to the videos this winter.

my youtube channel is:

https://www.youtube.com/user/thexmanjdd

then click on LOAD MORE at the bottom of the page to find more videos I uploaded. Then do it again, etc.

Lovely cheers

someone has been writing me asking for breaking strength of the XRRs, I've responded via email three times and they still can't see this chart. So I'm trying it here because others might ask anyway.

Thanks David that's answered my question, still didn't come through via email but hey ho!! :)

David (Xman) is a stand up guy, anyone who can see their way clear to buy rings branded X to support his efforts in bringing them over to the Arb industry will be doing us all a favor. I happen to know that his creative and driven mind has things stacked up that are waiting to come on line and into production. The THT is just a minor example of that.

Being intrigued by innovation and invention I also happen to know a number of the back stories of people that have invented things for the Arb industry. It surprises me actually that to a person they have not all told us to stuff it - the $ just are not there in payback. What is left if we take away the emotional gratification as well.

David will do fine and keep going anyway, he may well see this some time and tell me to shut up. Other inventors I could list off, if I had their permission, not so well. Many have stopped inventing and developing new tools for us already.

My request; lets treat our inventors and innovators well.

I like the look, the simplicity and versatility of these rings. New Years resolution - buy some!

A perennial problem, the route from inventor to end user and in between all the middle men looking for a markup.

Direct sales surely a good option??
