Just got my climbing kit and I haven't ever set a Harness up to suit me properly yet.

The ones I've used at work have been bang. Just want to know how to achieve a good fit.

It's the back rest position that I am struggling with, not sure where it should be?

Anyone help?

Cheers

Been struggling with this as well, I'm using a harness with a seat and it always seems to slip. I've adjusted it a few times but can't seem to get it right..

Depends on how you're built and how you climb as well.

I like my Sequoia cinched tight round the waist (26", muscular), and looser round the thighs, but that's just what suits me.

no matter how tight I have the waist it always seems to end up round my arse when climbing with a saw hanging off it!!

kinda get used to it
