thats great! i have big dead elm to remove .Its got slugs falling out it and i could prob push it over if i tried. I don't have enough climbing skills to remove it as i ' Can'y climb any tree ' but i am sure one of the egotistic pros on here can deal with.

Whos up for the job? P.s i'll have a ambulance waiting on site for you.:001_tongue:

:confused1:So why has it not gone down in the last wind???:confused1:

...but most accidents are caued by ***** who think any trees climbable.. do us all a favour and Wise up!

:confused1: They are???????????:confused1:

Could you please point me in the direction of where you found this information??

I know of not one accident which was caused by the tree failing due too it being climbed.

I have heard of trees failing while being rigged, but the mistake was to rig, not to climb.

Really do get sick of people who state facts with no evidence what so ever to back them up

Kinda lika a songa

" Know when to fall them, know when to climb them, know when to walk away, know when to run!"

Tree work is risky thus reduce the risk.Know the capabilities of all involved as much as possible.

Keep checking ,A.B.C. Above Below Connector.

1 is none ,2 is 1 always backup.

Listen to the "still small voice". that hunch take time to check .

Take care out there

Bye
