I'm afraid this is one of the things that happens , not only this industry but many many others , it's becomes costly and rather long winded to attempt to put a stop to what may only be a similarity in the name due to a geographical location . I have never heard of them but who's to say that they have heard of you ? More than likely travellers who are working in the area, do a load of shite jobs, steal loads of equipment and rip off as many OAPs as possible then leave the area with your name/business tarnished???

Pits easy to blame the traveling folk , it's pretty simple - someone sets up with a company name that's similar to another company in the area - end of , this goes on all over the place in Devon you have Devon tree care and Devon tree services , there are three companies down here ( including mine) that trade using the abbreviation "CTS" , who cares if you have a stable client bad and a proven track record for good service and high standards of work then you have nothing to worry about .
