Some Still/Moving images of the LD, merged together to make a nice little video. You can see this device plus 2 other smaller designs at the Arborist Trade Fair (Cirencester) at Fletcher Stewarts stall this coming Friday and Saturday. If you are planning to attend come say hello. Thanks

what are the advantages of having two bollards and two rigging lines when rigging? and using one rope on both bollards?

reg, yuo are a true craftsman, and so are your groundsmen, you guys make it look so easy, now that is an art in its own. you must of spent hundreds of hours working and tweaking and i bet its cost you a lot in wages and time. hope you sell hundreds if not thousands mate. there is no reason you shouldnt. looks great:001_cool:

2 bollards = 2 lines to control large limbs more safely, the second bollard ties to the butt of the limb for absolute control and accurate lowering. (Sorry to jump in Reg)

 

Ive been using this device and think its absolutely fantastic, at an nth of the price of the other ones on the market, and more flexible. Good work!
