Polish splitter trials

Came across this promising new splitter video.

The unit is still in the trial phase as there are some issues with cycle time and worries about potential durability issues, but the wedge design is fairly unique and I'd say the whole unit looks very promising. Certainly going to be an affordable contender when the come on the UK market!

Further testing is taking place.

The splitter head looks a little blunt to me.

 

A little sharper would be an improvement IMHO

I'd be concerned that the cycle time is too long, and you're right about a sharper wedge.
