devon does look stunning, i think i will start saving my pennies, maybe even a busmans holiday with tommer/tbc and cts. i love the beaches, but a bit busy for my liking. i bet the seafood is great down there

Just got back from a gorgeous walk on the moor, Fernworthy, where I was cutting this winter just past. Lots of timber blazed up by the FC, but fair play British Timber is crap! (or should I say English!) The size of the growth rings is huge! Saw some deer and other wildlife - peace was great.

 

Pic with building is Warren House Inn - 2nd / 3rd highest Inn in England... Good pub it is too.
