I did the course last year. I understand what you are saying. It is however only a matter of becoming familiar with the system. Go onto Myerscough website. Look for student and staff links then select Bloom learning space. All correspondence will be there. The tutor Tom Devine is really helpful and you will get weekly learning modules to work through. It can be a bit of an uphill struggle to start but you will soon get to grips with it. I wouldn't bin it just yet . I learnt tons which has been real useful when dealing with customers.

Hope this helps a bit.

Cheers.

No reply as yet to my email but I have phoned them. No body seemed to know what was going on or could help. I was left with a "Leave it with me". Is anybody doing the course through Myerscough and has received anything?

I've had a little contact with them this week due to my harassment. All my stuff is online now. I think you just need to get on their case a little?

Hmm, doesn't instill confidence in the ability to deliver the course. I think I'll go back to treelife once I have some free money and time under my belt

Exactly my thoughts. I'm of with the content but the format has been making my head swim!
