favourite 6" road tow chipper out of greenmech, timberwolf and jensen

one point is, how many people on here have used anything other than a T/W

Ive used all 3 in tow behind form and for me its Timberwolf all day everyday, For me they have been THE most reliable/easy to maintain without doubt, Maybe ive just used bad jensens but ive not used a reliable one yet (used 3 or 4 different models) ive not used a greenmech tow behind for abour 6 years so maybe alots changed but the one i used to use was truly awful, Having said that, i have used a brand new tracked greenmech big 10 inch thing, The legs on it are hydraulic so it moves up and down and its awesome

the new (3-4yr old) greenmechs are very good, no reliability probs, and if you you think the 10" is awesome, try the 19-28 its a beast! 7, 1/2" x 11" theres not much in the same size to beat it, if anyone knows of one, let me know!

owned or my employer has owned schiesling jensen kwick chip tw entec

and have demoed all the above and greenmech but never owned a greenmech

jensen and 2 tw at mo

I have used timberwolf, jensen, greenmech, vermeer, kwik chip, entec, TP, and woodsman.

 

I wouldnt buy a 6" chipper anyway, but the nearest thing i would consider is the greenmech 19-28. Excellent small chipper.

as I said earlier, theres not much to beat it! Our lads were against greenmech, they had premier/jensen, now they love the greenmech!

Are TW the best chipper out there? NO!

 

Are they the best value for money? PROBABLY!
