Just came back from shopping , Dandelions leaves 100 grams £2.70.

Eh?! You can Italian red leaved varieties, that'd be £2.70 for 100g of seeds though surely!

The much maligned elderberry. The flowers can be made into a syrup which dilutes as a cordial to make a posh but very tasty drink with lemonade. Freeze the flowers until you need em.

The berries which are about ready now make another super syrup to dilute with lemonade.
