What would you do with this oak?

Hi guys,

Just had a look at this Oak.

Nice healthy crown but my customer is concerned with the amount of rot in the trunk & roots there has been signs of honey fungus & two trees close by failed because of it.

Reduce by 35%

Monolith

Fell

What do you think?

Bloody hell is that being held up by the fence?!

Fell, and if the customer is eco-sensitive leave either high stump or biggest possible length of stem laying on the ground, maybe even partly buried.
