A large building developer here near Rennes over paid us several thousands without realising.

It took several calls and an office visit to get them to accept the refund...

I've never had trouble with domestics! I won't go near big construction firms! Who can wait 2 years for two grand!?

 

2 years to get paid.. thats crazy...

 

I remember we did a landscape planting job for a large contruction firm. After 90 days waiting we told them we'd remove the plants... Got paid after that....

Maybe a Special bank account with the job payment in it. When the job is finished payment is there.

Or payment in stages to cover work/equipment costs.
