100meter sprint to finish the day. Heard a window pop and we saw the strimmer being taken out the van. His mate made off on a motorbike but the coss and I caught the scrote.

Just as we jumped on him (officially read restrained) a unmarked police car came round the corner. A guy in a suit gets out and I'm shouting call the police he replys "I am the police" then there are about 5 cars around us and they take him in. The bike he was on was stolen last night.

Saw a alcohol stove on a bushcraft website. Thought I'd have a go at making it and it was awesome.

A drinks can, knife and some surgical spirit and I had a little stove that boiled a pan of water in a few min. Will sort some pics out ASAP

Some pics as promised. Careful due to use of knives and sharp edges on drinks can

CAREFULLY Snuff to extinguish.

I knocked it over as the can caught a burr on the tin. Which caused A fire over the chopping board and hob (don't tell the missus)

it took 10min to heat 1.2 litres (6/7 cups worth. I'll test it with bacon on site on Monday.
