Echo CS360 TES top handled saw

My mate has got the echo 350TE and zo can't fault it tbh. Built quality is not great -when you compare it to my 201T you notice some stupid things like the filler openings and use of materials isn't that good as well. But for the money it's a very good tool. I want one as a back up saw.

That is the old one, get the one with two brake handle mounts, it's a more pro saw with very good build.

Did not see the new one yet. If it's that much better in built quality then it must be a great little saw. Personally I think the echo's ergonomics are great.

 

It is a cracking saw mate, I have had both the older & now have the new one.

 

Heres some images showing the double mount chain brake.

well the replacement exhaust i had under warranty is rattling too. Looks like the very same problem as before where the 'cat' or lozenge shaped baffle has worked loose and rattles around within the exhaust. Saw still runs fine though.

That's a pain, not had any agro with mine.
