doubt d'oil had ought to do with the meltage though. You really rate that Redline oil den ? :001_huh:

Well, yeah RL is the ultimate, end of. I became an authorised distributor for Redline earlier in the year. 30 years of racing did it to me!

 

I was being tongue in cheek re the oil and temp altho there would deffo be a difference, small but something. The exhaust might even be hotter if the reduced friction means less component heat absorption and thus more in the exhaust; difficult to call but would be me kind of lab experiment :thumbup:

tink i'm gonna try this Redline oil as i've just this minute been searching fer a distributor in the s/west.

To whoever wants it in the timber business; I'm not an oil retailer but am an approved stockist now. Whilst I can do it cheaper than Opie I can't yet do free P&P so have to see how it works out. Obviously, very low sales volumes to start with...
