haha yeah maybe, what you mean bumping up protein?

i dont want to get bigger, just fitter. looking for the next challenge now? was looking at "Bring Sally Up bring Sally Down Push Ups" looks like fun and hard as.

day 9 done :)

Bring Sally up bring Sally down is good fun, when I do it my arms are tucked right in by my sides when doing the press up. Wide arms is another level...

Another one is do 1 press up stand up then go straight back down and do 2 press ups and go straight back down and do 3 etc etc you shouldn't have an issue of 10+

Jam butties and chicken legs, so like a good combo :)

yeah looking forward to finishing the pull ups. and on to the next, no rest days is pretty brutal. i think better for the body every other day or couple days rest after heavy work out.

If your a full time climber then your body , especially upper is good at endurance, I didn't have a rest day until I was 30!!:)

Natural Bodybuilder Meets Climber (eng sub):

Worth a watch for a few reasons ;)

Used to do a lot of rock climbing and my hand grip was far better than it is now and I could do far more reps on a pull up bar but now I can lift far more and hold a top handled saw at full reach for a lot longer, body changes to what you ask it to do.

Tempted to give this all a go just too see if I can.

As said you got to feed them muscles even if you don't want to get bigger you still got to give them what they need to repare. A mix of high and low value protine from nuts pulses rice etc as well as meat.

Will post something if I get my arse in gear and do it.

sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.

Yahoooo day 10 done. 1500 pull ups/chin ups in 10 days.

fully stoked to have done this, you notice the difference massively at the end. but i think 10 in a row is fully on. hard if you have a big day at work or go out for a few beers.

now will be dropping my training down to 5x wk need atleast 2 days rest i think.

thanks for the replys and advice, really helps. kinda having something to tick off.
