Buy a Mac.

What good is a raincoat for computer files ?:laugh1: Why do you want to remove them are they causing a problem ? Contiguous files are just files that are not fragmented so running a defrag will not afftect them.

whether you have a mac or a pc you will still have contiguous and fragmented files....If you dont want a file then erase or uninstall it, a file that is correctly indexed will be contiguous, they're not a bad thing lol. A mac is only a dressed up pc nowadays anyway, with a ridiculous pricetag attached lol. asus still make all the mother boards, hitachi the cd drives usually, and samsung the monitors :)

All a contiguous file means is that it is not fragmented so it should not actually be slowing the computer down. You can delete files unless they are system files which the computer needs and will be protected from accidental deletion. Download Glary Utilities free edition and run the defrag and a clean up.
