Fish food would actually put them to some good use for once.

What parts of the body would float tho?

As a breed scrotes are empty and vacuous so logically pretty buoyant but if you chip them I am guessing only the bits of lung would float and it won't take long for them to waterlog and sink

I'm liking this idea. Legs would go through no bother. How would I deal with the head though? I've only got a 6inch chipper.

 

Once its frozen solid it should cut easy enough with a mid range saw

 

Dice it up and chuck it in the chipper.
