Has anyone tried the pro light and the pro? Im looking at getting a couple for my saws but cant decide which to go for. Any experience/knowledge would be sweet. cheers

Got the pro light on most of my saws . Light years ahead of other bars . Changes the balance slightly to the power head . Very well engineered . Used up a 24" chain on my 372 and went to dress and turn the bar and it did not need either . Turned it any way but no need really .

I have the 13" in both pro fully solid and the pro light with the resin inserts in. Both fantastically hard wearing bars. I've noticed no real difference in wear rates. The light ones are noticeably lighter which in a 13" bar is great turns a 50cc saw into a flickable snedding machine.

I was worried about the resin inserts poping out if got the bar stuck or it went for a trip in a falling tree. Neither have happened so i'm very pleased. Not bent one yet so i can't tell you how the inserts hold up to pressing them back straight.

Over all the pros of the pro light bars out way any potential cons. I'd have another one.
