Anyone recommend any comfortable work trainers with steel toe caps?

I need to get some trainer style steel toe caps - last pair I got off the internet seemed ok but after wearing them a few hours my knees started hurting!

 

 

Seems a lot of choice out there - anyone got any good recommendations?
