Does the chipper have a screen in it?

Can it produce consistent G30 and G50 chip, or is it more for volume reduction?

Yes just volume reduction on this model but when you go to the next model up you can have optional chip breakers behind the drum. We only offer the 18svc as a biomass chipper.

Some ones bound to say me, we have a few 19" kicking around in the chipper line, only bigger in shredders.

Shredders that'll pull in whole trees or are they the dumping brash on a conveyor type?

The shredders will do anything from whole trees, brash, green waste, stumps, pallets etc & available up to 1200hp most shredders now can also be fitted with a chipping head so they can do both.

There is a beast living a few miles from me that spends it's life reducing pallets and old kitchens into biomass hog wast to heat giant greenhouses, fast as a loader can lob em in it eats them. Got a load of dead trees to remove close by so was going to take the lot in and watch it devour them.
