Oh behave, as a loyal dealer I follow the rules set down by my supplier. And yet you would rather support dealers who break the rules?. I am an honest guy and that's why I run a successful dealership. I sleep easy at night.

 

This is my final word on this subject. I will however still help (for those who want it) on technical issues.

So stand up and be counted. Say who you are and maybe people would love you for it.

Anyone thought of ringing the five (?) Scottish Stihl dealers to ask about a warranty repair? SDS is probably the one who treats you like a nuisance rather than a valued potential customer.

Seems there are only 5 dealers in England too!! ;-)

SDS, you have made a few enemies, but it may not be too late to make amends if you stop being a pratt.

 

I do have empathy, but there are ways.....
