Bad Juju

Busy yesterday with flappy disc on grinder, distracted for a second and result re profiled fingers on left hand.

What was more annoying was trying to get the blood off the newly painted kitchen walls and ceiling. :001_huh:

Wouldn't like to think what damage could be caused with the chainsaw cutters for the angle grinder:thumbdown:

Bad luck mate, hope it doesn't affect your work too much, and your back on track soon. Goes to show even with a sandy you have to give it your full attention.

Sent from my GT-I8190N using Arbtalk mobile app

No worries, couple of heavily bandaged fingers one cut deep other simply skinned for several layers, raw n sore. Back out today sorting a couple of broken fence panels. Own fault distracted for a sec.

Get your gloves and glasses on when you use the grinder. You use PPE for the saw and it's just as lethal. :blushing:

+1 i once slipped with a angle grinder grinding some metal went into wrist it cauterised the wound whilst cutting it 10 steri strips later after a trip to a and e and was it sore. learnt my lesson from that. now when using machines i hate anyone near me who may distract they are asked politly to go forth.

Them flappy discs are awesome. One of our lads was preparing something for paint, got distracted and somehow wrapped the chest of his t-shirt into it.

Tore his tshirt and left some wonderful spirals grazed on his stomach and moobs:lol:

Yowch, brings a whole new dimension to man grooming:biggrin:

It was the dog( Tibbetan Terrorist:001_smile:) that distracted me, cuts are deep but not anywhere near as bad as needing 10 steri's. have to agree though all will be asked politely in future. Always been cautious bout wearing gloves with grinder in case they get caught and do more damage, worth thinking about in future.
