Can't fault my stihl one, had it 6 years, never been near the menders.

We've stopped usin hand blowers cos the vibration in them was terrifying!!! They used to lock my elbow up!! I'll leave it to the groundies from now on haha

The new BG86 has much lower vibes than its predecessor the BG85.

And the price is still good at £156 + VAT.

i've got a stihl bg55, and its an excellent little blower, very reliable.

we've got a bg85 at work that is really really old, then it was ran over by the 7 1/2 tonner and with some simple repairs it runs fine now

i bought the BG86 as soon as it came on the market

bg 85 its predecessor vibrated so much we had a 30min limit per day

bg 86 has vib mountings and supposably you can use 24hrs a day with no detriment to yourself

though seriosly it is far far better and would recomend everyone to upgrade

I've got the Echo PB-255ES; claims to have more grunt than the Stihl (on paper) but can't be sure. Flippin reliable tho and paid peanuts for it.
