I'll do a brief summary of capacity etc when I get a minute. In essence, pellet boiler linked to solar thermal, pellet mill operates within output capacity of solar PV in a sunny day, kiln dried sawdust sourced from a mate with a mill. Sweet set up!

Sorry, been offline for a couple of days. Thank you, sir!

Business has increased as more domestic customers install woodfuel pellet boilers and then need a bagged supply.

Within 12 months, there will be a woodchip micro chp unit available which can produce heat and elctrical power for home use. I think I am correct in saying that it will produce up to 3.5kw electric as well as thermal energy for heating. You would be able to claim Rhi and Fit but have not been given any more info at present.

Hi Woodworm,

Any news on this as we are three months down the line?

Regards

Bert
