Can't fault machines from orange plant, virtually brand new , full working condition but do find them expensive and broke a tooth, so there's £12,+ vat, I tend to hire from arbtech (, Oliver's tree services ) as it's cheaper

To be fair, £12+ vat IS the price of a new tooth anyway on their web site.

I've found them to be decent people to deal with.

Graham is still working in our Newcastle workshop yes, we have a lot of good feedback from customers about Graham always being extremely keen to help out on any queries that may arise from day to day.

Just their small pedestrian stumpy for a dozen stumps on a large rockery (tiers, so limited flat ground per stump).

But the 13hp Carlton is a very good machine for its size. I was impressed with how far I could bury the nose.

Well I hired a Carlton 7015trx grinder from their Burgess Hill depot this week.

The machine was in excellent condition and the service I received from Ben was perfect.

I'll certainly use them again if the need arises.

The 7015 is incredibly capable. I priced the job at 30hrs but the machine is so productive that I finished in 8hrs then went to do two more jobs. Kerching!!
