Thanks for all your feedback guys,

Ben Edmonds, if you require extra teeth when taking a Stump Grinder, this shouldnt of been a problem, I will look into this for you, .

Cheers Kev. They did give us a few extra teeth when we asked, but I don't think they normally do.. I would have liked plenty incase we hit something.

You got that wrong.

I don't want to be on your data base, I asked them to take my details off it.

When I said I didn't mind junk mail, I didn't say I wanted it.

Since my last phone conversation with your rep it has gone to no communication and that's how I like it.

If at any point in the future I want anything, I will be in touch.

Ok Treequip no problems with that, thank you

Just out of interest ( sorry don't want to derail - but the break may give people time to calm down lol) - will Orange stock Greenemech parts on the shelf - or will they order from Greenemech as and when?

Hi Si,

We have been running Greenmech Chippers on our hire fleet for over a year now, So we do have most parts on the shelf in each depot across the country.

Booked the Large Carlton Stump Grinder for next week a while ago only to get a call from them on Friday saying the machine is broken and I can't have it. That's 6 guys I have to call and let them know the job is cancelled. All this due to the previous hirer ragging the tracks off it and damaging it beyond what would normally be classed as normal "wear and tear". If I hire a machine I treat it as if it was my own and it goes back in a suitable state.

An apology was offered but does that change anything? Not really, perhaps I should have given them the phone numbers of the guys who are out of work next week and let them explain why instead of me, oh the joys of self employment!
