Un clipped my Chainsaw lanyard and hung it on a branch while maneuvering to a better position in a conni hedge today, grabbed the saw and made a cut without clipping it back to my saddle, and the thing swung into the chain while cutting.:blushing:

At least you didn't drop it. I only had my 201t a few weeks when I dropped it out of a tall silver birch. I completely smashed the handle.

I do that on average 4 or 5 times a year, don't sweat it.

 

Bloke I work with dropped his own 201t out a tree and bust the handle. A new one would be £45, so he opted for the JB Weld and jubilee clip approach.

 

I never have any problem telling who's is who's now!

That usually only happens when using it for a sneaky cut on the ground:blushing: - i'll get my coat
