why are you wearing a railway hi vis up in a tree canopy. are you worried about thomas the tank engine up there? nice pics.

 

 

 

Most professionals wear high-viz on-site. It sets a standard and allows everyone to see each other clearly, up a tree, on the ground, wherever you are, if you are on one of my sites, you are wearing high-viz for all chainsaw operations, climbing, forestry, railway, roadside, the lot.

personally i wear camoflage, if you are on one of my sites, buy me a coffee and a bacon roll and you can do what you want:001_tongue:

I personally wear a dark blue T shirt or if it a bit cold a black jacket.

 

You've got to be careful wearing high-vis, if there's a sniper within a three mile area using a .50 cal your mince meat. You can't be too careful and this point should be on your risk assessment..

Personally we try not to wear hi-vis if possible so we dont get mistaken for the local gypo's

Most of my work is commercial rather than for private clients, but if it was the other way round I would probably go down the road of having company

t-shirts rather than high-viz because i'd be able to get away with it easier.

There's not really any gypos going about here.... not on the commercial side anyway, theres a few dodgy private companies about, one in particular who's an absolute arse.

The only other gypos about would be me! lol
