Body Language Bingo

Ello ello,

Would anyone be up for a bit of a game to be completed at your leisure over the next few months? Body Language Bingo. It's like bingo, but instead of number you have to find and provide evidence of a variety of structures and defects. I'm planning on doing a totally separate one for fungi.

Rules are that the first person to find all of the required subjects wins. They win a sense of being smug. That's all they win. I might be able to stretch to some Haribo and a couple of cans of cherry coke.

You need to find the defects and take a photograph of them. To prove that you've found them after today, you'll need to somehow get your thumbs up in the photo or something else that you want to use as a signature (your favourite mallet, a single rose, a hat with a propeller on it, whatever). If it's something high up and you aren't climbing it then it doesn't matter if your thumbs up or your signature piece are blurred, so long as the defect is clear.

The list you will need to find is as follows:

Devils ears

Torsion in stem

Helical fracture

Hazard beam failure

Occluded hazard beam

Roots growing around a pipe

Roots growing through cracks/joins in a paved floor

Compression fork

Chinese moustache

Longitudinal rib

Transverse crack

Longitudinal crack

Ring swelling

Bottle-butt

Anyone else got any to add before we start? (that is, if anyone wants to start?).
