Got a very nice length of yew, dead straight, 4 inches diameter, very round in cross section and around 5 feet long. Been at the back of my workshop for 15 years. I'm in Manchester though...

Hi Yaffle Mark hear again I see you are i Poole I am only the other side of Blandford I have some yew stacked outside my house and some at the yard in Shaftesbury if you want to pop over and have a look I have made coasters out of yew on and off for yrs now the polish up lovley

Hello, I'm just out of bath on the Southside, I have a large yew that was cut a year ago , I've not found the time to get it moved as it's up on a steep slope and not so easy to extract, and I haven't been to check on it for some time but it is mostly of the ground, I'm sure there would most likely be a suitable section although not going to be well seasoned , if yr interested I could go cut a log of and send you a pic , I need to go move it anyway . Cheers

Hi asha would you be interested in milling it I run an alaskan mill and i am based in shaftesbury so not that far away message me if you are interested
