Sadly, Facom are now owned by Stanley-Black and Decker.

 

Kind of cheapens the image, although they do seem to have kept their quality.

Still much better than anything Snap-On though.

I've got a mix of stuff Snap on spanner set some Sealey stuff,old Britool,Gedore but for cheaper everyday use I like the Draper Expert (6 point) sockets. I've given them a fair bit of stick and only had to replace one so far,that's cos my brother lost his locking wheel nut key and I hammered the socket on so hard I couldn't get it back off,they're not that pricey to replace if you do lose lose/break one

That's my bacho kit, covers pretty much everything. Add a 1/2" breaking bar and you're pretty much sorted.

 

Cost £130 delivered from eBay I think.

I've got a few britool socket sets that I really rate, I think teng are a bit over rated and the cases are pants.

Jtech (axminsters tools own brand) are pretty good for spanners and pliers ect... Reasonable priced and have lasted well so far.
