Best 15 inch bar to run on husky 550xp

New to husky, and have always stuck with stihl bars on stihl. But not impressed with husky bars, I know it's just aesthetic, but why can't they get some decent paint : )

Sugihara pro light weight .

Oregon Pro bars stay grey at least and are a bit cheaper.

I've had trouble with those Husky bars seizing on the nose sprocket. I go for the Oregon pro-light and have had no problems with them.

Why don't they write the name on bars upside down on one side so when I turn my bar it still reads the right way up on the right side ? I know it doesn't matter but it bugs me a bit. Husqvarna bars are powder coated not painted aren't they ? Do you grease the bar nose sprocket and they still seize Dave ?

get an adaptor made up then you can run your stihl bar!

Ideal, like the look of the sugi bar, worth the extra cash?

 

Glad I'm not the only one who likes a shiny new bar, just used to it looking new for atleast five min : )

Lighter , stronger , harder wearing . IMO
