stress

Recommended Posts

holly smokes tcd you have had a rough, i can relate to the hunted down dreams, trying to run away and not getting anywhere. the bit that woke me up was when i became a dad and husband, i would find myself saying stuff i didnt believe in but it had been drummed into me as a kid. speaking nastily too my wife, treating others badly. it just wasnt me but i was doing it. i obviously never had it as bad as you mate, the hypno was the only thing i tried and it worked. so its all i know to recommend. i am glad you posted mate, your knowledge will surely answer others questions therefore help. good on you mate, sorry i never got to see you the other week, hopefully next time:001_cool:

Hats off to you Dartmoor.

Must of took some guts to share that with us.Much respect.

Today i handed in my notice, after 5 months of being a stressed, angry, unhappy partner, father i decided that i'd rather be skint and happy than comfortable and waiting to pop.

Recognise loads of the symptoms that have been mentioned on here, but glad i saw them early enough to make a change.

I'm worrying a little where i'll find work for bike payments etc, but i'm also feeling like i'm made of straw now, no weight bearing down on me anymore.

Sincerley hope all of you get to grips with your problems and stresses.

Thankyou all for sharing.
